αlfa CP Additive for Vinyl segment αlfa CP αlfa CP does not contain any heavy metals, so it adheres to various RoHS guidelines.
Type αlfa CP is a low molecular weight modified polymer whichworks as a nucleating agent and lubricating agent between both polymer matrix and filler.
Product description Appearance : PowderColour : WhiteSpecific Gravity : 1.957Softening Point : 63°CBased Polymer : Low molecular weight modified Mesh : 300 at D 98, 450 and D 50Chlorine content : Nil (as it’s not CPE)
Function : Lowers the Viscosity of the polymer, which increases Fusionamong different constituents in vinyl formulations and also disperses mineral Filler better in the Polymer matrix resulting in better bonds with the Polymer.Mode of Action : 1) Increases the impact strength.
2) Reduces breakage.
3) Increases shine smoothness and finish.
4) Increase the output thus reduces the costing.
5) Load variation problem is resolved to a big extent
Dosage : 0.5% to 2% of the Batch Size.
Use : αlfa CP is recommended to be added at around 70°C
Polymer Mix : For replacing CPE with superior benefits.

Our range of Performance Oil can improve impact resistance of PVC products. it can replace DOP and Epoxy Soybean oil.
Performance oil is used as a plasticizer and Elasticity in plastic materials, especially PVC and its copolymers to keep these plastics soft and flexible. The chemical is also used as a pigment dispersing agent and acid/mercaptan scavenging agent as well as an epoxy reactive diluent.
